Mr. Narendra Pareek

Founder- Mudra Castings

Mudra Castings was founded by Mr. Narendra Pareek in the year 1989 at Vishwakarma industrial area in an area of 2000 sq. meters. He is a BSc Llb from Rajasthan University in the year 1979. After his graduation he started his career as an iron and steel scrap dealer in year 1980. After a hard work of 7 years he bought a land measuring 2000 sq. meters at Vishwakara industrial area in 1988 and started a casting Industry on that land.

At that time he opened the industry with a single cupola furnace and 6 lathe machines after six months he did the first expansion and added 8 more lathe machine from that date to till now Mudra Castings have never look back and keep on expanding and growing . The industry was inaugurated by Late Shrimati kousalya Devi pareek, mother of the founder. Mr Mahendra Kumar Pareek, brother of the founder also joined him in the year 1989.

Mr. Narendra Kumar pareek has given his services to All Rajasthan Agriculture Trade Association. As joint secretary he has work with the association for a very long time. Mudra Castings is a member of all Rajasthan foundry owner association & Vishwakarma Industries association.

Mr. Ashish Pareek

COO - Mudra Castings

In the year 2009 Mr. Ashish Pareek, son of founder, joined Mudra castings as Chief operation officer (COO). The COO of Mudra Casting is an M.Tech from IIT Delhi in the year 2007. He has done his M.tech in Industrial Tribology and Maintenance Engineering. He was the topper of his department. He has done his masters project from RWTH- Aachen University, Germany. He is specialized in mechanical design. The COO of Industry is a DAAD Scholar. He was awarded DAAD scholarship in year 2006 to complete master’s thesis in Germany for a period of nine months. During his master’s degree for IIT Delhi, he was selected by Eicher Engines (a unit of TAFE) for studying and development of water cooled (VALTRA) engines. Before joining Mudra Casting he has worked for 3 years with Ashok Leyland under various departments .He joined Ashok Leyland in the year 2007. He has work experience in the field of Marketing Designing. After working with Ashok Leyland for 3 years he joined his father and started working with Mudra Castings.

Under his passionate and able hands Mudra Castings aims to develop itself as a big brand name. Mudra Castings undergo a big change when the whole structure of Industry was changed in year 2012. In this year the Cupola furnace was replaced by electric furnace and whole the industry was automatized. The industry has gone through another expansion in the year 2014 with the introduction of Sand plant which is supervised by the COO of Company.The new improved Mudra castings was inaugurated by Mr. Rajendra Pareek former Industry minister of Rajasthan. The COO Mr. Ashish pareek is an able and young entrepreneur with new innovative and big ideas. As the COO of Mudra Casting he aims at expanding the Industry and making it the number 1 Casting industry in Rajasthan and promoting the brand name Mudra Castings. Recently the efforts made by the COO, Mr. Ashish Pareek, has got Mudra Castings export license. Now they will be castings for many multinational companies
